The work

A practice that goes beneath the presenting problem, working at the layer where origin, lived experience, and what is happening now connect.

Most of what brings people here looks on the surface like burnout, anxiety, conflict, or career drift, and turns out to be a quieter pattern underneath: a neurotype that was never named, a relationship that's been quietly reshaping who they are, a career that's been asking for a kind of betrayal they didn't notice paying. The work names what's actually going on, and gives the person, pair, or family in the room a clearer picture to work from.

Five audiences. One way of working.

i. For adults

Adults working through what doesn't quite fit.

Format Individual sessions, 60 or 90 minutes.
Cadence As needed, single or ongoing.
Fee CHF 170 (60min) or 250 (90min) per session.

Adults arrive with burnout, anxiety, conflict, emotional intensity, a sense of being out of place, or career drift. Sessions go to the layer underneath: a neurotype that was never named, a relationship pattern reshaping who you are, a career that's been asking for a kind of betrayal you didn't notice paying.

The work connects origin, lived experience, and what is happening now. Often a single thread ties decades of confusion together, and the practical part begins from there: what fits you, what doesn't, and what to do about each.

Especially relevant for late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults, gifted and twice or thrice exceptional adults, and high-functioning people whose external lives don't reflect what they're carrying inside.

ii. For couples

Couples sorting through what's underneath.

Format Together and separately, 60 or 90 minutes.
Cadence As needed, single or ongoing.
Fee CHF 170 (60min) or 250 (90min) per session.

Couples come when one or both partners are neurodivergent, when a relationship has been quietly asking for a kind of betrayal that's hard to name, or when communication has become harder to translate across two ways of processing the world.

Sessions look at both partners' patterns separately, then together: how each person developed, how the dynamic between them has been shaped by what each one carries, and what is actually possible from here. The work is psycho-educational and practical rather than long-term therapeutic.

Especially useful when one or both partners are gifted, autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or twice and thrice exceptional, and the standard couples frameworks have been too generic to be useful.

iii. For parents

Parents learning to read their child.

Format Consultation, 60 or 90 minutes.
Cadence As needed, single or ongoing.
Fee CHF 170 (60min) or 250 (90min) per session.

Parents arrive with questions about their child's inner world, development, and neurotype. Often before an assessment, after a difficult one, or when something doesn't fit standard developmental frameworks. Sometimes when a child is going through transition: family separation, a new sibling, a school change, or a new diagnosis.

Sessions equip parents with tools and language to read what their child is actually communicating, especially when the child doesn't yet have words for it. Includes pre-assessment guidance for parents preparing their child for testing, and post-assessment support for making sense of what the report did and didn't say.

iv. For children and adolescents

Children and adolescents finding language for what they feel.

Format Individual sessions, 60 or 90 minutes.
Cadence As needed, single or ongoing.
Fee CHF 170 (60min) or 250 (90min) per session.

Sessions for children and adolescents going through transition: family separation, a new diagnosis, a school change, identity questions, or unexpressed emotion that's showing up in behavior. Especially useful for kids who are neurodivergent, gifted, or twice and thrice exceptional, and for whom standard verbal counseling isn't the full picture.

Sessions use play-based methods alongside conversation: objects, metaphor, imagery, storytelling, and art. These give children and adolescents a way to access what the body already knows but cognition hasn't quite caught up with.

Parent meetings are part of the work, with cadence agreed at the start and adjusted as the child grows.

v. For professionals

Professionals refining their clinical eye.

Format 1:1 case consultation, 60 or 90 minutes.
Cadence As needed, single or ongoing.
Fee CHF 200 (60min) or 300 (90min) per session.

Practitioners come for case-led consultation on neurodivergence, giftedness, and especially twice and thrice exceptional presentations (gifted plus neurodivergence). Often when standard tools aren't catching what they're seeing in clients, when an adult caseload is carrying more moral injury than burnout frameworks can hold, or when a clinician wants to develop their reading of combined adult presentations.

Sessions are 1:1 and case-led, with the practitioner bringing concrete material from their work. Group consultation, supervision groups, and trainings for clinical teams or schools are also available, with rates quoted on inquiry.
