Scope of practice.
I practice as a Psychological Coach (Coach Mentale in Switzerland, the legally protected title under which I work). I am not a psychotherapist. I do not provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or emergency mental-health support. I do not diagnose mental-health conditions. The work I do is psycho-education and psychological guidance, suited to people who are stable enough to reflect on their patterns and want a structured, research-led perspective on what they’re carrying.

Online dispute resolution.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I am not obliged to and do not participate in alternative dispute-resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

This site is hosted on Netlify. Fonts are served via Google Fonts with a privacy-respecting configuration. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used.
