about · in practice since 2023
I started in psychology. Then I took a long detour. Now I'm back.
I studied social and economic psychology, focused on emotions and consumer behavior, and spent some time as a Psychology PhD student and teaching assistant at the University of Lausanne. I loved the depth of it but missed the action. So I left, and for the next 15 years I worked inside educational and global organizations before coming back to psychology.
Psychologist-NIP (Netherlands), ICF coaching diploma, MSc Psychology.
the road
On paper, strategy. In practice, people.
On paper, my career looked like strategy, innovation, consulting, enablement, and leadership roles. In practice, it was always about people. I was more passionate about the buyer and student experience than the sale and the politics, more dedicated to my mentees and our Culture Club than to climbing the career ladder (though I also accidentally did that).
"At some point I realized I had been doing psychology the whole time. I just wasn't calling it that."
In parallel, I trained as a coach, worked and educated myself across different disciplines to first understand myself better and in turn help others, and eventually went through my own assessment process. In my early forties, I was identified as neurodivergent (AuDHD) and re-assessed as profoundly gifted. In 2023, I returned to my love for psychology and started this practice.
In 2024, Vogue Leaders recognized me for neurodivergent leadership and AI, for bringing psychology into the corporate world.

the combination
Why all of this, in one practice.
What I bring to this work is the combination: a psychology degree that goes to the root of how emotions and patterns form, coaching training that knows how to create change, somatic and yoga practice that brings the body into the room, giftedness and neurodivergence expertise for the minds standard tools can miss, and lived experience on both sides of a late diagnosis.
You don't have to translate yourself across disciplines. Everything is in the same room.
