Scope of practice.
I practice as a Psychological Coach. I am not a psychotherapist. I do not provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or emergency mental-health support. I do not diagnose mental-health conditions. The work I do is psycho-education and psychological guidance, suited to people who are stable enough to reflect on their patterns and want a structured, research-led perspective on what they're carrying.
